Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec - Pinot Noir Nature- Languedoc

It is a fresh and fruity pinot noir. Light, juicy and fun, it can be drunk as an alternative to a Beaujolais.

Carbonic maceration in concrete tank with indigenous yeast and no sulfites added. 

Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec is located on a flat land which was the ancient bed of the River Aude. The soil is deep with clay and chalk, it brings freshness to the vines. There are still sources of water that roots can access if they go deep enough. 

They are also privileged to have a strong wind called “ Cers “. It brings fresh air to the vineyard, it allows the pinot noir to keep a great minerality.
