Jean Huttard - L'Etreinte Sauvage - Pinot Noir - Alsace

Hand-picked from three parcels with unique clay-limestone soils, this wine benefits from full sunshine and natural ground cover for reduced yields and enhanced flavour. With manual harvesting and careful pruning techniques.

The colour is carmine red with purple nuances. On the nose, we discover aromas of red fruits. On the palate, the supple and numerous tannins support the wine. The finish in the mouth is held by body, power and roasted notes (chocolate, coffee).

Serve between 15 and 16°C.
