it is made in a non-oxidative way as it is "ouillé", it means that he top up the barrel with wine to make sure there is no oxidation.

the inwe is rich, mineral, little but of spice. hint of grilled almond , honeysuckle and zest of citrus. 

The wine is unfiltered and had very little sulfites.
