This winery is working with organic principles and low sulfites without being labelled. It is available at a reasonable price. The P’tit Bonheur is mainly sourced from declassified Meursault vines that were planted by Pascal’s father 70 years ago, from a small plot of 8 hectares
The Chardonnay grape is fermented and aged in oak barrels for 11 months. Floral and fruity nose with hints of citrus. Buttery on the palate with a refreshing acidity and good length.
