Fermentation : Method Traditional fermentation followed by ageing in barrels for 12 to 14 months.
Best Drunk within : Within 5 to 8 years.
A deep coulour with violet reflections. Notes of grilled spices and violets. Good soft tannins for a full bodied wine, rounded with buttery undertones.
