Philip Lardot - Kontakt - Mosel

Philip’s Kontakt wines are a great introduction to his style - lots of pithy texture and crunchy fruit. Salty wines to be drunk by the pint!

50% Riesling, 50% Müller Thurgau. 1/2 of the Müller Thurgau is fermented on skins for two weeks, everything else is direct pressed and then 6 months in used barrels before bottling.

Being from the extremely old and wet 2021 vintage this is a very light, refreshing wine. Crisp and mineral with slightly herby notes.
