Auriel - Grignolino - Piemont

Grignolino is a very interesting indegenous grape from Piedmont.

Very dry, light in colour, there is remeniscence of Pinot Noir.

The wine show maturation with aromas of ripe cherry and dates and hint of smokiness.

The tannins are very soft and the finishis mineral with hint of floral notes.

Auriel only works with 3 hectares and only produces natural wines.

It is an organic -biodynamic winery founded in 2005 by Marta Peloso and his husband Felice Cappa, on the sweet hills of Monferrato, in Piedmont.
