Grenache syrah and mourverdre grown in a soil with a high percentage of Basalte. 

We are located in the north of the Languedoc very near to Auvergne.

The color is translucent garnet. The nose is fine, elegant, on violet, incense, blackberry cream and white pepper. The mouth is round, ample, surprisingly fresh, deploying a rather dense material with a velvety touch, and offering a beautiful aromatic palette close to that perceived on the nose, with a more marked mineral / smoky side. The finish reveals a savory chew, finely chalky, with increased fruit and freshness, with persistence on violets, incense and spices...
