Domaine Foret - Vin Jaune 2012 - Arbois - Jura (620 ml)

Vin Jaune is a unique, oxidative white wine from the Jura region in eastern France. Made from the Savagnin grape, it's aged for over six years in barrels without being topped up, which allows a layer of yeast (called voile) to form—similar to sherry. This gives it its distinct nutty, curry-spice, and dried fruit character. It's bold, complex, and famously long-lived. Traditionally bottled in the stubby 620ml clavelin.
