Auriel - Barbera del Monferatto DOC - Piemont

Made with 100% barbera grapes, only using indegenous yeast and no addition of sulfites.

Auriel only works with 3 hectares and only produces natural wines.

It is has an intense and rich aromas with ripe red cherries, liquorice note and hint of smoke on the finish. It is a powerfull wine with firm tannins. 

This wine easily with food, for instance, it will be delicious with a Sunday Roast.
