Renardat Fache - Bugey-Cerdon Méthode Ancestrale Rosé

Cerdon is a rose sparkling wine from Bugey, made with Gamay and Poulsard grapes using the "Méthode Ancestrale" with 8% alcohol.

The sweetness is very well balanced with a good minerality. 

We really love that wine as an aperitif or perfect for a brunch with croissant and brioche.
