A natural wine from a little-known grape variety, Pineau Menu, crafted by one of the Loire Valley's finest estates. Absolutely worth tasting! Sourced from a one-and-a-half hectare parcel with vines aged 65 to 80 years, this cuvée is aged for 12 months in old Burgundian oak barrels. The result is a wine with vibrant citrus aromas and remarkable freshness, delivering beautiful minerality, clean and precise flavour, and an elegant finish marked by saline notes.
