Vine growingThose grapes come from other Bourgogne domaine’s parcelles and also from a selection of other vineyard . This wine is organic certified.

AgingThe aging is made in French oak barrels for 14 to 18 months. The wine is racked with air once during the aging. We use only use barrels for this wine.
We bottle the wine without finning filtration, and following the moon calendar.
