Davenport - Limney Estate - East Sussex
Chardonnay (63%), Pinot Noir (19%) and Meunier (18%). This classic sparkling wine was fermented with natural yeast before bottling. Using the traditional method, it has had minimal handling, no filtration and over 3 years maturation in the bottle.
