Domaine des Crocs Blancs presents Don't Stop Me Now, an IGP Isère orange wine crafted from Jacquère parcels using a millefeuille technique—combining destemmed and whole-bunch grapes. This maceration wine develops light, elegant tannins with aromatic complexity, aged in French oak during 2022-2023 before transitioning to Italian terracotta vessels in 2024. The brief maceration period balances sophistication with the delicate character of the varietal. Pair with rich dishes: offal,  pho, poultry, or well-aged hard cheeses. Limited production of 1,200 bottles annually.
