A vibrant, terroir-driven Muscadet from hand‑harvested Melon de Bourgogne vines rooted in schist and gneiss soils near Nantes. The wine is fermented and aged on lees in concrete and terracotta tanks, delivering crystalline texture and freshness.

Pale straw-yellow with a touch of green, it reveals aromas of citrus, pear, white flowers, and Atlantic salinity. On the palate it’s bright, mineral, and zesty—think lemon zest, green apple, and wet stone, all balanced by a smooth texture and salty finish.
