Domaine Torredemer Mangin - Entre Pells - Cotes Catalane

Entre Pells (Catalan for "between the skins") is a blanc de noirs crafted entirely from Grenache Noir grapes harvested on the south-facing Les Millères slope. Picked at 11-11.5% potential alcohol and pressed using a gentle Champagne-style programme at just 0.30 bar, it ferments in stainless steel with cold settling to preserve vibrant freshness and bright fruit character.

The label, designed by Barcelona-based artist Renata Colmenero, features a linocut of wild goats roaming the vineyard. Behind the fierce mask of a wild boar or mountain cat lies an endearingly gentle goat—a metaphor for the wine itself. Appearances deceive: from dark Grenache Noir emerges a strikingly fresh and delicate white wine that challenges expectations and rewards discovery.
