Edmond Chalmeau & Fils - Saint Bris - Bourgogne

This is the only appellation in Burgundy planted with Sauvignon Blanc. 

The wine is lean, mineral with zesty citrusy finish,

Don't expect a very aromatic sauvignon blanc but a more delicate expression of that grape!
