Etienne Sezonni - Culombu - Corse Calvi

Etienne Sezonni's Culombu is a DPO wine from the AOP Corse-Calvi region, crafted from a distinctive blend of 50% Sciaccarellu, 30% Niellucciu, 10% Syrah, 5% Minustellu, and 5% Carcaghjolu Neru grapes. Grown in monzogranitic sandy soils.

The winemaking process begins with a week-long cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by six weeks of vatting under the cap to develop complexity and depth. After five months of ageing in concrete tanks, the wine reaches a beautifully balanced character.

Certified organic by Ecocert and sourced from Demeter-certified biodynamic agriculture, this wine reflects a commitment to sustainable viticulture. Best enjoyed at 17–18°C, Culombu pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, lamb chops, or a rich mushroom risotto.
