Stories about the winery :
Located near Colmar around a village called Zelenberg.
The winery is 160 yo and since 2015 the siblings Helene and Antoine have been running the winery. They decided to modernise the winery, produce low intervention wine and get the organic certification. Wine and the environment are closely linked for them, as are ecology and tradition, grass and the strength of the sun, innovation and oenology. They work with respect for nature and the people who shape their vines, and this since the creation of the estate in 1860.
The size of the vineyard is very small but scattered in many parcels. It means they can produce plenty of different micro-cuvees.
