Terroir: A blend of two terroirs, "les Petits Picotins" with an east-facing exposure at an altitude of 240 meters, and "les Vermots" on slopes with a south-facing exposure. The soils are limestone with very well-draining earth.
Winemaking: Between 9 and 15 months in oak barrels (20% new oak). Fermentation: 50% whole bunch fermentation, maceration of 3 to 6 weeks depending on the vintage with no punching down but frequent pump-overs.
Serve between 16°C and 18°C.
Aging potential: Between 5 and 10 years.
