Fruit from two different parcels surrounding Morgon, where Karim is based. Fermentation and maturation in cement tanks and fibreglass. The wines are left under the gas cap
until the last moment. This helps retain the freshness of the Gamay but also means minimal sulphur additions. 

Born in Lyon and raised in Morgon, Karim spent a decade working with Beaujolais legends Guy Breton and Marcel Lapierre before starting his own project as a négociant. He organically farms and vinifies 5 hectares of old-vine Gamay, using minimal sulphur and meticulous temperature control to preserve purity and fruit.
