L' Enclos des Braves - Passage - Gaillac

A blend dominated by Mauzac rosé, with varying proportions of macerated Verdanel, Bouysselet and Sauvignon. Fermented and aged on lees for 9 months in oval wooden vats. Tasting notes: Floral and citrus-forward nose. Rich and structured palate with rose and citrus zest aromas, finishing with elegant bitterness and length.
