A bright, modern Bordeaux with classic roots, Les Demoiselles de Saint Germain is made from mainly Merlot grown on clay-limestone soils in the heart of Bordeaux.

Juicy red and black fruits lead the nose – think blackberry, plum, and a touch of cassis – with subtle hints of spice and earth. On the palate, it’s smooth and supple, with soft tannins and a clean, balanced finish. Easy-drinking but with enough structure to hold its own at the table.
