Domaine de Courbissac - Les Farradjales Magnum - Minervois

A generous and expressive red from the heart of Minervois, presented in magnum format. Made by Domaine de Courbissac from old vines planted on clay-limestone soils, this wine reflects both depth and finesse typical of the region.

The wine pours a deep garnet red. On the nose you’ll find aromas of black cherry, blueberry and garrigue herb notes lifted by a subtle floral hint. On the palate it is rich and textured with ripe fruit layered alongside fine, velvety tannins and fresh acidity. The finish is long and savoury with a touch of spice and mineral clarity.
