Lasseaux - Fleche d'Argent 2011 Magnum - Champagne

From the Montagne de Reims comes this magnum of exquisite vintage Champagne crafted by Lasseaux. The 2011 Flèche d’Argent is Chardonnay only, patiently aged for years on lees to develop both texture and precision.

In the glass it glows with a pale golden hue and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals gentle notes of citrus blossom, white peach, chalky minerality and a whisper of toasted brioche. On the palate it offers vibrant acidity balanced by creamy depth, flavours of lemon zest, green apple and a saline lift that carries through to the finish.
