Nathalie & David Drussé - Cremant de Loire - Vintage Brut

This organic sparkling wine is bone dry with delicate white flowers aromas, citrus and a very elegant minerality. In mouth, there is a very enjoyable rounded texture and high intensity of flavours but it does not feel heavy and it is very enjoyable to drink.

aged for 14 month on lies. 

2nd fermentation in the bottle creating gentle bubbles. 

They only produce 2500 bottles in 2021!
