Ferdinando Principiano took over the family estate in 1993, and a decade later, he chose the path of biodynamics. His wines are well-typed, in a fairly traditional style—pure, precise, and straightforward. Here’s a beautiful Langhe Nebbiolo, pure and fresh, with vibrant fruit, and approachable even now. A delight! The wine is made with no added sulfites and aged in stainless steel tanks.
