ROMAN ROAD 3rd Feb - Wine Tasting with the Winemaker: Soil Therapy (Alsace) 7 p.m

We are very excited to receive Thomas Larmoyer, winemaker at Soil Therapy in Alsace.

In the cellar, they embrace diversity, bringing in unique lieux-dits with their
individual character and identity. Gentle skin maceration, natural yeast
fermentation, and aging in old French barrels showcase the purity,
concentration, and mineral characteristics of the terroir in every glass.
Their range of 13 diverse cuvées, producing 15,000 bottles annually, pays
homage to the heart of Alsace, with Sylvaner taking center stage.

On the tasting we will try the following :
